We partnered with Joe Homebuyer during a stressful time and needed help getting our home market-ready. Ultimately, they helped us achieve our goal of selling the house for well over asking price, which we are very grateful for. The team followed through on getting the house listed and sold for a great price, providing the relief we were looking for. They fronted the costs for a bathroom remodel and other repairs that we simply didn't have the resources to handle on our own. The remodel process had some hurdles, including some miscommunications and contractor work that required extra attention to detail. We did experience a shift in the financial terms after a couple of months of waiting  In the beginning. The process moves very fast. At times, we felt a bit rushed to meet their schedule for moving and deadlines, which added some stress to the transition. Overall Joe Homebuyer is a solid option if you are in a tough spot.
